does anyone know how to get a hold of this guy. he wont answer his pm's or any of my phone calls. he screwed me on a cluster and now wont repsond. he has posted on the board since i have sent he pm's so i know he has to have received them. please let me know if you can get a message to him. thanks

i dont know what to tell u bro, i know what the cluster said and that it worked cuz i drove the car. U said it looked someone marked it with a marker didnt look that way to me and how come we didnt noticed this at my house u wait till u get all the way back to abilene i brought u to my house if i was ****ing u i would have met u some where bro

 

i asked you 3 times what the mileage was. just because someone took a black marker to the 1 in front of the 48,xxx doesnt mean it only shows 48,xxx. i didnt notice until i got home. didnt think you were making it up. sorry i trusted you, my mistake but it doesnt change the fact you lied about it, and then wouldnt respond to me in pm's. i had to make it public before i got a reply. so what do plan to do about this.

 

I've never done any business with him, and therefore don't know what his intentions are...but when I was trying to do business with him he seemed helpful. But when someone called him out on trying to sell a part for more than he bought it for (bought it from another member on this board) he deleted the thread and then all of his parts were all of a sudden "bought by someone else first".

Not trying to discredit him in this deal though. Sounds like you should have really checked that cluster hard if you drove a long ways.

 

i should have checked it better, no doubt. but i was in the area for the van halen concert and just picked it up because i was there. it was late and i just didnt look very close. i just thought since he swore it only had 48,xxx it would be that way. so now i am waiting to see what he wants to do about this.

 

Unless he intentionally lied about it then it seems like this is just an oversight on both sides. Hope all is worked out in this transaction.

 

u checked it good and we talked for 20 min and u checked it some more. Like i said i brought u to my house. Nothing was done intentional and im sorry. At the same time im not on her much, cuz this forum is slow and im learning about ls1 stuff now and this is not a die hard ls1 site. If i would have shipped this to u i would return ur money, but since u seen it in person and changed ur mind im sorry. And i dont care what u make public cuz i dont care that much about this site for tht mater ill change my name and start all over if that was the case.

Red ... I have a 96 cluster with 80 something on it, if that helps.

 

It's not that hard to roll the odometer back on those clusters. And it doesn't matter if you do because a car from 96 and under is mileage exempt.

what's wrong with somebody trying to make a profit? I've resold parts that I bought for cheap several times. A few years back I bought a wrecked Z28 for $550, then sold the T56 for $1200. Is there anything wrong with that??

u must be talking about another car that car was fine and it was straight and u still dont know s*** about kirkeys and i sold one for $40 and kept the other
