Assuming it's stock and in typical condition for a 55,000 mile car, anywhere from 10 to 14k. M6 cars often pull a bit more than A4 cars. T-tops and ground effects can make or break a sale for some buyers, and some are willing to pay a bit extra for the exact configuration they want.

I'd say the fair asking price would be 12k, expecting to sell it at around 11k.
FWIW, when I bought my '02 in 2005 (45k, loaded, leather, t-tops, M6, near-perfect condition), I paid $14k.
