How long does it take to get from Houston International (Bush?) to Galveston where the Carnival Cruise Ships live? My soon-to-be Wife Mod and I will be headed that way in April and want to know about how much time to plan on being on a shuttle bus. No reason.

BTW, we will have plenty of Barf Bags with us.

It should take about one and a half hours to reach the cruise ship terminal, depending what time of day your trying to get through Houston.

I am sure glad I don't get sea sick

Hmm...I'm gonna say 2 hours to get to Galveston (the strand) on a bus. It might be shorter or longer, but I'm not sure where the cruises dock.

Have a good time, and congrats on the marrige .

Thanks for the info. We wont be getting sea-sick. We will be prepared just in case we get a "Special Sea Package" like the one going around on cruise ships lately. If we spend any time out of the cabin.
