Help in Houston for LT1

I live in Houston and was hosed over by a machine shop when I was stationed in North Carolina. They screwed up the bore on my 383 LT1 I was building. Shortly afterwords I kept going on one deployment after another and didn't get to finish my build. Now that I am out of the Marines I am wanting to finish my build (eight years later) and I need a new LT1 block. I am having trouble locating one in Houston. Anyone that can give me help on this I would appreciate it.

All of those are listings for complete engines or short block. I have a strocker kit heads nad all of the parts already. I just need a bare block no components. I contacted the older posts about the bare blocks and they are gone. A good core block should only be around $200

Saw your post in here. I believe it's a stock bore, you make the drive and $50 it's yours. I'll probably have some other parts too so bring some extra cash
