Harris county emissions
I have a 97 Ram Air TA with Long tube headers, Y pipe, and cat back. No cats. Running LT4 hot cam, ported heads, OBDI ECM. I still have the OBDII ECM...
I need to find a way to get this car inspected. Any ideas? Anyone know where I can go?
