Just hoping it was a board member so im posting here

I was on my way home this afternoon from San Antonio when i caught up to a pewter LS1 SS with a loudmouth exhaust and skinnies and slicks on I-10 in Seguin. As i got behind him i saw him jump on the gas for a second but he had to let out immediately because of the car ahead of him.

So we finally get to where its clear sailing ahead and he switches lanes and i follow suit then he jumps on it. So i shift to 4th. Err so i tried. For some damn reason this crappy stock shifter went into 2nd so the rear did its little thing but luckily it was wet out and i caught it real quick.

but by then he had already walked a good 4 cars and was pulling away from me.

So i pulled up to him and slowed down. As i pulled up to him he was laughing and so was i, he had already known what i did. So he asked if i wanted to go again. So i said sure.

By now we had caught another black z28 on I-10. he pulled up to the guy and they both jumped on it as did i. We both walked away from the guy pretty hard. Sadly he didnt come back to play with us again.

So now it was back to me and him again. so we wait till there is a stretch of road where we can see clearly and we go from about 75mph. Well i put it into 4th and step on it and i start walking away. but the roads are still a little slick and my tires start to break loose at the top of 4th. So i step out of it and then bakc into it.
By the time i shift to 5th ive got 2 cars on him. im still pulling slightly. Then all of the sudden i can see him start to gain FAST!!! Im like wtf as he caught me and put about 2 cars on me before letting out.

Well he never stopped but i gave him a thumbs up and he waved back and i took my exit shortly there after.

All i can figure is that he sprayed me in 5th. Or that he was sandbagging it the whole time. But i figured he would have walked away faster the first time.

Either way it was a great race with an LS1 SS running i know atleast an SLP loudmouth.

Also ive never seen anyone but Ryan Ahart run around on a monday with skinnies up front and ET streets in the back.

I just hope the guy i raced is a board member.

 

Awesome. Be careful, though. I hear they don't take kindly to road racing in SA.
