I know at least statewide here in Texas they're giving away free Frostys this entire weekend because of the whole 'finger in the chili' incident. They're small (smaller than the small size), but I don't think there is much of a limit to getting them. My friend just picked up 6 of them. 
Just an FYI if you got a sweettooth and are on a budget.
