Does anyone know of any good places to rent garage space in Richardson, Allen, Plano, or McKinney? Not just for storage, but also to work on the car. So, it would have to have electricity. And not too expensive, of course.

Does such a place exist? Based on a brief search, I found:
1) The normal self-storage units don't have lights or electricity.
2) Enclosed RV storage w/elec seems to be expensive.
3) Office/warehouse rental units are nice, but expensive, and not laid out well for multiple cars (to share the cost).
