Trade for stock rims off 2001 Z and cash? If so how much cash? LMK thanks.

Jared

PS Sorry, forgot to mention that two of the tires are brand new Yokohama YK-420's and the others have about 50% tread left.

yea, considering I just bought two BRAND NEW tires for 300 I think that the rims with tires are worth a little more than 150... unless your talking about JUST the rims. BTW where are you located? Still in SA? LMK.

no im in dallas now, but stock 10 spoke z28 rims, good tires or bad, stil arent worth much to me, never buy brand new tires for 16inch stock rims, might as well just upgrade to some nice 17's or 18's

yea, unfortunately I didnt have a choice as the idiot that owned the car before me patched the sidewall and I got a screw in the tire. I then got a nail in the sidewall of the other so I just bought two withing 5 days of eachother. Oh well, Ill see if I can sell these and let you know.

Still have these ?

I met a guy yesterday on the way home in a Pewter Firehawk who might be interested.

I did not get him name or number , but told him to check here on Camaro Z28 in the Texas section.

He thought my '99 had the rims swapped out - nope, argent ZR1's was what it was "born" with !

Cool Yeah - I thought about those for my car.

But, I think the chrome wheels overload the pewter.

Only Pewter/Chrome 10 spoke pic I could find - 2/3's down.

I have a spare set of ZR1's , but they are used & have some curb rash.

They would be great to mount some drag radials to, though.

They are silver.

I think 3 are GM marked - one is a JIL rim.

I did some research, and apparently the JIL rims are the ones used on early ( before '98 IIRC ) SS's , and the GM marked ones were after that.

At any rate, I could get some pics tommorrow & e-mail them to you if interested.

How many did you want ? What tires are on yours ?

I think one still has a 85% worn Kumho 712 on it, one has a ~ 90% Kumho 712 on it, and 2 are bare.

I bought all 4 w/ used Kumho's ( 90% ) mounted a few years back for around ~ 550.

From a guy on this board, no less - helluva nice guy , and I can't remember his name.

Question Well, if you are interested after the pics ...

Maybe a trade ?

Unless your tires are Kumhos, it would just be rims for rims.
