Ive got a motor sitting in a 89 firebird that is just causing me too much trouble to get it running the way i want. Some idiot before me put aftermarket headers on the small chevy 350 5.7l in it and now it keeps burning through every stock dipstick i replace with it. Turns out to stop that major oil leak out of the dipstick, id have to tear off the headers and get a different set up. I just dont want to deal with it.

So im selling the entire motor as is. I WILL NOT PART IT OUT, its a perfectly running engine.

Spark plugs, distributor, cap, rotor, and ignition wires are all brand new and Accel products.

Recently had a mass air flow sensor meter replaced, the old one was origional. Alternator and bracket are new, only 4 months old but the car has only been started to be moved during a move to a new house.

AC compressor does have a leak somewhere in the lines. I will happily have a mechanic locate and repair this ( since i get a great discount ) if it bothers someone that bad to not fix it themselves later.

Motor does have aftermarket headers, not sure which ones unfortunately. Also does have a Crane Cam, also unsure of which one was put in. The motor itself was put in the car 6 years ago by previous owner, and only has about 65,000 on the current motor itself i beleive. Entire EGR and Air System was replaced to pass emissions.

I'll even throw in the new dipstick assembly i bought from Lokar Products so you can use it or toss it since its of no use to me anymore.

Taking any reasonable offer for the entire motor ( wiring harness, sparks, plugs, wires, water pump, radiator, everything basically is included ) as id like to buy another for the car. Can provide photos and digital video of the car if wanted. Send a PM, they will be checked regularly.

NOTE: The motor HAS NOT BEEN PULLED from the car, AND THE SHELL IS NOT FOR SALE, but for a small labor charge, i can have it removed and read to pick up. Delivery available LOCALLY only. I live in Fort Worth near Southwest Blvd & Bryant Irving Rd.
