Does not include Borla tips. Has "turn downs" under the car - you can't see them.
Includes complete catback, plates, and all the hardware. You will probably need some welding to fit it on a stock car - I used it with the Mufflex Ypipe. Come with 4-3" reducer.
200 bucks. I'm in Houston, and am willing to meet somewhere ~100 miles away.
