Free front end inspection?

Free front end inspection?
Does anyone know of a place that does free front end inspection in Austin area. My car is pulling very bad left and right (depends on the road) and will cause me to go into the other lane. I've been told that it is just the wider tires (I don't think so 
), alignment, front end parts, or steering box. Money is kind of tight, so I don't want to throw $$ at parts that may not be needed. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
