Emissions, Brazos County

I remember back when I was in college you didn't have to get a tail pipe test in Brazos. Is it still like this?

I can use my brothers address to register the car.

As far as I know there is no sniffer here.

Cool. Now I need to find someone who isn't a complete hardcore inspector. Car should pass easily without sniffer though.
