DFW junkyards?

I need to source some parts for a non Fbody. They're for my 98 SVT Contour (engine wiring harness).

Where are some junkyards in DFW that have a wider range or parts? There weren't too many made like my car.

Also, what tools should I bring? I haven't been to one since I was in highschool...

no dude, it's toast.

There's about a 12" section where the insulation has completely rotted off and several wires are broken. It's just totally falling apart.

I've found a couple online, but I've got the day off tomorrow anyhow so it's worth a shot. FWIW, I think the SVT uses the same part as the regular v6 cars. Do you know of any decent bone yards to try?

I would check out the wrecking yards on Elliott Reeder road in Fort Worth.

My favorite ones are Dismantlers, Packs, and Little Johns.

Dismantlers is huge and has everything.

Packs has a lot of late model stuff.

Little Johns has down sized (more into recycling metal) but does have a variety of cars. If they have what you want they will be the cheapest.

Worst case senerio is going to Glenn and Jerrys. I hate the place. They have late model stuff but are always rude and pricey.
