i guess it was not the stock motor i was told it was

anyway that is beside the point the moter i'm trying to sell i know for a fact has aluminum heads

I was just picking.. I do have a 4 bolt 1995 corvette LT1 though.. as far as I know that is the only "special" thing about it.

I just bought a reman LT1 longblock (zero miles) for $790 driveout. So, I tend to agree with aggie about the price. Not trying to rain on your parade, but the guys on this site tend to know the value of stuff.

I bought a complete hi mileage motor in Houston in November for $450.
Granted, it didn't have the PCM or alternator and it does need a rebuild ...

Last year at this time, I bought a 60K mile motor from a 97, complete with everything for $1100.
