depends on the scene.. are you wanting street racers or kewl people to hang out with...
HPD has more kewl people hanging out than many others.. There are other clubs but many are full of street racers and thats not my cup of tea.. Its not fun talking in generalizations with people.. Its more fun to talk about parts and what benefits they have found out of them when you are thinking of spending the money on it.. its fun to go to the track as a group and have fun runs together.. not fun only hearing people will run you for $xx...
