Body Rattles and Lifters

I have some body rattles I can't seem to find. I have gotten under the car and tightened any loose heat shields, etc. It is coming from tow locations. One is a loud "knocking" metallic sound that is coming from the right front wheel well area. One guy told me the manifold was hitting the body during accel. Another told me it was a broken strut or strut mount. I tend to believe the latter of the two.
The second is from the right rear area and it noticable when going over bumps. I changed both shocks but this is a "hollow" sound, somewhat metallic. I thought it was the spare, but that is secure. Possible a body panel ???? You tell me.
Finally, I have good oil pressure and fresh oil and filter, but my lifters are chattering. Less noticable at idle, more at highway speeds. Sounds like crap. Is this just an adjustment to the lifters or do I need new ones...
First time Camaro owner needs input....
thanks

I've got the same setup ('95, LT1, 6-speed) and I don't have the metal sounds, but I do have the lifter knock. Mine seems a little different though, it's more noticable when it's cold and then dies down a little after warming up. I doubt mine's exhaust related cause I've looked a lot and noticed no exhaust leaks.

I don't know if this means anything bad, but maybe someone can input something on this??

Kyle
