bike

im not far right here in the colony is the bike in good shape mechanically and could this be drove on the street with this setup or would i have to change some things back

humm im guessing someone hit the new thread icon instead!!

But if your talking bout that f4i the dude is selling you will have to put headlights on it that i know of for it to be street legal. Otherwise its gonna be kinda hard to see in the dark

you'd be better off finding one that is already setup for the street, but its your money so do what you want with it. to make it legal again you'd need:

-headlight
-headlight harness
-turn signal/headlight switch
-front and rear blinkers
-tail light
-horn
-mirrors
-street fairings
-upper fairing stay
-passenger seat
-passenger pegs
-sidestand
-ram air covers
-registration/inspection

and the tank is painted a non-factory color, so it wouldn't match street bodywork unless you had it painted to match.

mechanically its fine, its only got 5k miles on it, dynoed 1hp less than my friends 05 f4i, and it went 11.24@122 as is in full road race setup.

ok thanks man more than i was hoping to do too bad i dont have time to take it to a track thanks for the info. if you know of anyone around here selling s street bike ready to go i am looking for a r6, gsxr600 something like that
