I'll be looking for an LT1 F-body in a few months, figure i can get one cheap at an auction. Some of the small dealers have them for $4000+ so at the auction the should be going for around $3000. Well, can anyone help me out?

No he doesn't. I found out he was working under someone elses.

 

Just go to public auctions you won't need a dealers license.

They are too old to show up at dealer auctions regularly. Try a tote-the-note lot. Public auctions are not the same. Why do you think there are auctions for dealers only? Hmmm.

 

THEY have them at austin ,dallas ,and houston ,but you need a dealers license.
