Anyone with electrical know-how want $$$$?

I need some electrical help, and am willing to pay for it. Call me or email me for info. I will take 2-6 hours depending on how good you are. I'm in the Dallas area, but can make arrangments to come between here and College Station (Waco, Hillsboro, Ft Worth). Let me know if you are interested!

Re: Anyone with electrical know-how want $$$$?

I need two different things:

1--here's how my windows operate as of now:

driver's side controls the up/down of driver's side, and the up or the passenger side. No control over the passenger down

passenger side controls the down of the passenger, but cannot operate the raising of the window

So figure that out, fix 'er up, and then.....

2--'simple' wiring so that the alarm unlocks both doors with one click and wire a switch to operate the express up and down of both sides while using the alarm to lower the windows with two clicks

Easy enough, right? I'm the world's worst electrician, but if all this requires is soldering, cutting, crimping, and splicing, then it should be an easy way to make some money!!!

Let me know what you think!

Number 1, is one of the window door switches. You've lost a contact, probably the down on the drivers side. Easy fix.

So how do I fix that? Just push all the connections back onto the switch. Been there, done that. I pulled the whole switch off, and then put it back on. Is there something else I should do?

My dad's auto electric service business he owns would be the perfect place to take your car if you have any electrical problems. My uncle's the one that does all the work and he's AWESOME at finding any electrical short or other problem. If not I have all the knowhow, but I'm in College Station. I could help you out if you're ever down here.

LMK,
Kyle

Oh, there's a very small website for my dad at www.richardsongenerator.com. They're located in downtown Richardson right next to the police station.
