4-9-07 - Rkc Mega Monday Night Meet - All Cars Welcome!
A special invite for all of the Texas members of CamaroZ28.Com!

In April we celebrate the 2 year Anniversary of RKC, and what better way than a party of literally ridiculous proportions with every car site in DFW invited as a guest!! As enthusiasts, we deal with crap from the public, from cops, from idiots. We get the short end of the stick in every parking lot, behind every lazer gun. We get stereotyped, profiled, and harassed. Its an expensive hobby that many of us have to work solely to support.
This party is for you. You deserve it.
RKC is proud to be the title sponsor and promoter for this event, the SCION of DALLAS "APRIL FUELS DAY" Party!
For one week, we will leave the cradle of Keller's to come together in a much larger venue, with perks that only a sponsor can provide! Here is what you can expect from this party!
* FREE Food for 500 People. Fully Catered, Drinks Included
* Live Entertainment by the Vince Lujan Project. www.thevincelujanproject.com
* FREE Event Shirt by EPOC Designs, First 500 People
* FREE Prizes & Giveaway
* Very Well Lit Parking for 400+ Cars
* Guest Appearance by NHRA Driver, Kenny Tran
* Sponsor Booths, Information Tables
* DJ Enzo, and the Wild on Dallas MODELS
Get up close and personal with the sponsors! They will be on hand to represent their businesses personally, provide information to you, and showcase products, cars and services!
Feel free to invite friends, but remember, parking inside of the dealership is for ENTHUSIASTS ONLY so your are still welcome in a bone stock daily driver, just please park it in an adjacent parking lot!
The concert starts at 8:30pm, and DJ Enzo & the go'go's will be performing all night long! This will be the ultimate event RKC has ever done!
If your in the first 500 people to arrive, you get a RKC/SCION special event shirt to commemorate the event! You will want one of these, I have seen them!
If you want to park together as a club/team/site please email me and I will make arrangements for any number of cars that you plan to bring! This party is for everyone!

We are only 5 days out from this meet!
We have now started to advertise for the meet on a Digital Billboard at the Dealership, you can see it 24 Hours a Day, right off 635!
The WORD had got out about the party to ensure it will be worth the drive for all of you who are coming from out of state, and a great time for all of us local guys. Here is a list of sites whos members are invited to attend the meet.

If your coming, be sure to NOT get there before 7:30pm, but remember, dont get their late either, as FOOD and T-Shirts are only for the first 500 people! If you are coming a a STOCK or UN-MODIFIED car that you don't wish to "show" then we ask that you park beside, or behind the dealership, thanks!
There will be signs and people there to help you get parked!
If you are in a race team or car club that is attending, we ask that you get there with your entire group no later than 6:45pm to set-up and get in your spots. We have reserved the very best spots for dedicated teams to show off their rides.
We have some great surprises being planned, its going to be a great show! The event shirts are truly awesome, something I would love to wear all the time! Other shirts will be available for you as well, and plenty of sponsor booths so be sure to grab some business cards and meet some people!
I cant wait to see everyone out there and us all party and have a great time! Get ahold of me if you have any questions!

Well, here we are, the day of the huge party!
If you don’t know what im talking about here, please go back and check out the first post of this thread!
Going into this, there is a 30% chance of rain, but we all know how Texas weather is! All we can do is cross our finger and hope the rain can hold off! The odd’s are in our favor!
Here are some last minute things I want to cover.
Here is when you need to be at the dealership.
STAFF/SETUP TEAM – 3:30pm
SPONSORS – 6:30pm
TEAMS, CLUBS – 6:45pm
MEET PARTICIPANTS, SPECTATORS – 7:30pm
The Vince Lujan concert will start at 8:30pm, and food will be available after 7:30pm. Free shirts are only available to the first 500 people and are subject to sizing availability. No shirts or prizes will be given out before 7:30pm!
I have word from my friends at MONSTER ENERGY that they will be returning with a truck full to the BRIM with free monster drinks. Over $2000 in drinks will be given away, so please say thank you when you get your MONSTER!
There are some amazing car’s coming, many of this race-only or trailer cars, this is is a one time only mega-meet, and its 100% FREE from your buddies at RKC!
For those of you who are coming in a NORMAL car that they don’t want to park among the modified cars, you will have a free VALET service to park your car so you can hop out and enjoy the meet! Please remember to tip your valet, they are working for free and your convenience!
If you come inside the meet with your car, please plan to have it PARKED until 11pm unless there is an emergency. This will help very much to not have car’s coming in and out all night, this is not a normal event.
Please do not “drive around and look”, you will be asked to leave. When you come in, you have two options, valet your car and get out, or park your car until 11pm. Cars that should not be in the front will not be awarded a space.
Advertised on the side of 635, on over 30 websites, myspace, and word of mouth, this should be an event that will go down in history for RKC, DFW, and Toyota. We hope each and everyone of you decides to come out and party with us. I have people here from as far as 800 miles away who have driven in for this event. If he can make it, you can make it!
