Post 1994 Z28 A4 F/S in Austin.

Looking to sell my car to a fellow enthusiast in the Austin area. I have made many bolt-on modifications and she runs very strong. The motor is untouched. I don't have any pic's, but I plan to take some this weekend if I can borrow a digicam. This car has been my daily driver since 1997 and overall the car is in clean condition with minor cosmetic flaws. The clear coat on the roof is damaged in a few small spots by a hail storm a few years back. The window motors work very slowly and the power door lock buttons don't work, although the key fob takes care of that. The headliner is sagging a little on the driver side. Currently the car has 102K miles. The oil has been changed every 3K miles with Mobil1 synthetic and Mobil1 synthetic filter M1-302. All other fluids changed regularly. The interior is grey cloth and the seats are manual. The roof is a hardtop and the tires are all very good with stock wheels in good condition. Black F-1 vinyl stripes on the hood and tail. Never been wrecked or abused, just driven enthusiastically once in a while. Below are the mod's that I can think of right now.

SLP OBDI ceramic coated headers.
Random tech cat.
SLP 2OTL cat-back.
JET power-flow air tube with drilled stock airbox.
JET relocated IAT sensor to airbox.
Hotchkis STB.
New NGK TR55's with Moroso wires.
Hypertech underdrive pulley.
LT4 knock module.
Ed Wright mail order PCM for new gear ratio and 160 stat.
Tranny rebuilt 3 years ago with 2400 stall lock-up converter, Transgo shift kit w/vacuum modulation, GM master overhaul kit and external cooler. All installed at a local AAMCO.
LS1 driveshaft. Thanks to Ryan Hart.
3.73 gears(2 series) w/AAM aluminum cover.
BMR lowering springs, BMR tubular LCA's w/relocation brackets, BMR adjustable PHB, stock replacement DeCarbon shocks from SLP.

These parts total up to just over $3,200. I am offering this car at a no haggle price of $5K. I'll post back with pic's as soon as I can.
You can e-mail me with questions at bigc23@hotmail.com.
FWIW, Ryan Ahart has seen this car when he installed the LS1 driveshaft. You can ask his opinion if he still remembers it.

Thanks for the backup Ryan. I hate to sell it, but you know how the story goes. Wife, two kids need an SUV. This car is so much fun to drive, I know I'll kick myself for selling it later.

I'll send you pic's as soon as I can take some, but it won't be before this weekend. The F-1 stripes look very similar to the 35th anniversary orange stripes. Hope that helps.

Lightbulb

I have receipts on all the work done and all of the parts. Items that come with the car, but are not installed are:
Accel 300+ ignition w/harness. The coil is installed and working perfectly.
2 salad shooters in perfect condition.
Stock LCA's/PHB.

The ignition and charging systems have recently been checked and they are working properly.
The water pump was just replaced less than 1K miles ago with a new AC Delco unit. I still have the old pump that you can use to convert to electric if so inclined. Nothing needs to be done to this car, unless you want to do more mod's. If you are in the market for a used LT1 F-body, come by and take a test drive and check the car out. E-mail me with concerns. I won't mislead you.

Ryan,

unfortunately I do not have any pic's as yet. I plan on taking some this weekend after I clean it up from the recent rains. I may be able to drive over this coming Sunday, so I will have to get back to you. I think I still have your phone # and address.

Talking

Back up with two new pic's of the interior. There's been some attention, but so far nobody has come by just to look. I think I'll give it another week before putting it on ebay and autotrader. I would really like to sell it to a local enthusiast that's going to take good care of it.
