***NTFBA Board of Directors Search***
The Advisory Council of North Texas Fbody Association is seeking to establish a Board of Directors that will assist in the planning and organizing of the Association and its related events and activities. The Board of Directors will consist of 8 people chosen by the Advisory Council, with two representing each of the 4 generations of the General Motors Fbody.
We are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
1) You must own an fbody in the generation that you represent. If, during your tenure, you decide to sell your car, you must agree to step down as a Director, at which point, the Advisory Council will choose a replacement for you.
2) You must be willing to make North Texas Fbody Association a priority, i.e., be available for meetings, be willing to help with events and activities, provide technical information, actively promote the organization, and recruit members.
3) You must be an advocate for the particular fbody generation you represent, while at the same time able to interface with others on the NTFBA Board, with the ultimate welfare of NTFBA as the primary goal.
4) You must demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to motivate others of your fbody's generation to join and participate in NTFBA and its activities.
Please submit a resume to cytruffle@aol.com and include the following:
a) name/message board name /message board you frequent the most (example: Millicent Odell, cytruffle, BlackCamaros.com)
b) address/city, state, zip/phone number/email address
c) year/make/model/color of the fbody you own
d) why do you want to be a Director? what have you done/participated in that promotes the fbody? what is your vision for NTFBA?
The Advisory Council will review all resumes and may, at its discretion, interview applicants.
