AMS has gone way too ****ing far. About 2 hours ago, my mothers car got repoed. She is in Colorado for a tae kwon do tournament so I am watching her house. About 12:30, I hear noises outside of the house. So I go out to investigate. I open the door and what do I see? A ****ing tow truck with the *** end of my mother's 02 WS6 hanging in the air. The guys saw me open the door and at that time, they jump in their truck and haul ***. My mothers driveway is a pretty step incline that even a truck could grind on. They go straight and rip the front bumper cover of the car all over the ****ing ground. I freak out, hop in my car, and proceed to follow their asses. I call the police department. They said that the wrecker service called and told them this was going to happen. I call my mother and of course she freaks out. She calls her bank to see what the deal is. The bank says that she is completley current and that they don't know why the car is being repoed. So I follow these guys for about an hour or a little less and we end up taking an offramp. I follow them a little further and I see where they are going. As I run a stop sign to catch up, there is a sheriff waiting for me specifically. He pulls me over in their driveway, harrasses me, searches my car, asks what I am doing and so forth. After being there for about 30 minutes they give me a criminal trespass warning. As I am leaving the ******** tow driver finally tells me it is a mechanics lein repo by AMS!!!!!!!
So, with no phone call, no notification and paper work, they came and got this car. That is not right. My mother had a problem with AMS, as do so many other people, where AMS agreed to refund about 300 bucks or so on a tune that would not work. She had a cam installed in her car that we have not had any problems with at all, good clean install. But Chris could not get the tune right after driving 700 miles round trip a few times, my mother finally said he can't keep driving that far. Elizabeth said she would refund the money to her credit card. Well, about 4 weeks go by, nothing. My mother tried calling, pming and nothing. A couple of more weeks go by and nothing. Finally she calls her CC company and tells them the deal, the get her money back and so on. Well this mechanics lien is for services NOT paid, which were.
Either way, AMS has gone too ****ing far. If you have done business with them in the past few months, hide your cars, AMS will get them somehow. I am so pissed right now, there are so many things I want to type but death threats are against the law.

That really sux. From all the negative things I have heard of AMS, I certainly wouldn't take my car there for something as simple as an oil change.

Damn i wish you the best of luck. Thats such crap, id be taking them to court asap and getting a new paint job.

Sorry to hear about your mom. Hopefully everything turns out alright. And I'd certainly make sure to pay back those fuggers @ the tow yard. In one way or another. Lawsuit preferably.. :insert angelic smiley here:

Yeah, this sucks. Royally. But I should have the car back tomorrow if everything goes right, which it won't. But all i can do is hope. The main objective: get that car back before the end of the week.

I just got a temporary ban over on LS2.com for the "derogatory" remarks I was saying about AMS and Chris (DaTuner). Oh well, it is ridiculous that those mods protect those pieces of ****.
