WTS: Nitrous setup (Cheap!)

Hey everyone,

I want to finally be rid of this nitrous setup that is just sitting around my apt taking up space and annoying my GF and roomate.

What it is:
-Nitrous Express Wet Kit (bottle, nozzles, tubing, etc.)
-Accessory kit (switches, blow-down, heater, gauge, etc.)
-Custom spare-tire replacement mount for bottle. (nice if your hiding it)
-MSD Window Switch w/ 2 pill kits
-NGK TR6 plugs

I believe there are a few other things, but I'm posting this for now since I'm at work. I'll update if there is anything crucial I forgot.

The deal:
-This stuff was originally for my LT1, which I sold about a year ago. My WS6 is going to stay N/A. I bought all of this stuff from a friend about 5 years ago for $850. He had paid about $1000 for it new. We are obviously both very lazy, as none of this stuff has ever been used. I'm confident this kit is at least 97% complete. may be missing a few screws or so from moving it around over the years, but thats why I'm selling it cheap.

$300 takes all. I live in the Northwest Chicago suburbs. about 20 minutes outside the city. We can meet up in my area for you to check it out. Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks!

That is a very good deal. I wish you had this up for sale last year. Good luck with the sale.

Chris, funny you saw this one too. I asked the wife cause it's such a good deal and close by. But with the few other things I need this year she wasn't to keen on the idea.

Yup, that is pretty much the correct value. It IS too bad you didn't see this earlier 200GTP, I actually have posted this randomly a few times over the last couple years. Sorry you couldn't take advantage of it.

I'd like to leave the offer open to Z-rated since he was interested first. But if he can't convince the ol lady, slp97camaro is next up.

Thanks again for the support guys. Wish I could have given this thing a run, but the closest I ever got was half-installed My camaro never ran well enough that I was confident in spraying.

Thanks again everyone for your interest.

This is now tentatively sold. I will follow-up if this somehow becomes available or when it has sold for sure.

Too bad I didn't see it earlier. You would have had a cash sale the same day. Where in the Chicagoland region are you located?

I usually roam around the Buffalo Grove, Arlington Heights and Schaumburg areas.

You go to Car shows much? I often go to this car show on Kirchoff Road off of 53 in the summer time. Usually 50-100 muscle cars (mostly classic, but a fair share of new gens) meet up there. We should meet up there sometime with some other local enthusiasts.

My g/f lives in Schaumburg so I am in the area rather frequently. Plus I used to work mostly out of the area. I also bought my car from a guy in Rolling Meadows so I know the area pretty well. We'll definitely have to meet up for a car show.

I was up there a couple of years ago with a few friends. Not a bad turn out at all from what I could see. Not to far either and if conditions are right, I can play for a few seconds on 53 or the Elgin-Ohare.
