valve cover gasket!

Anybody know how to replace valve cover gasket for the passenger side of LT1? it seems like im having an oil leak comming from the bottom of the oil filler tube on the valve cover(maybe some kind of o ring gasket).
I'll pay you six pack of cold ones...hee hee. or anybody went to the dealership and have them done this.. if so how much am i expecting to donate to them. thanks

it is extremely EZ, in a nut shell.... whether its a valve cover gasket or the rubber grommet that the filler tube goes thru
remove all 4 valve cover bolts, take the valve cover off, take the oil fill tube out of the valve cover, remove grommet, replace grommet, replace valve cover gasket, bolt the valve cover back down onto the head!
all you have to do is get a new gasket and or rubber grommet, i dont know what the part numbers are off hand sooo you'd have to look those up

you never got back to me about the window motor...di you get my PM?

Sorry man, I hardly check my pm over this site, but yeah Ipaid 75 bucks for labor from an auto glass shop... not bad i think for the work he did,, it looked easy but long process,, especially taken off that door panel. I think I fixed my leak problem, I unscrew the filler tube(although didnt see any cirle rubber around no where...is that normal?) and clean the hell it really good, and put it back so tight! and it didnt leak anymore, Oh yeah when I unscrew the oil filler tube, it seems like it was loose or something, and maybe there was a lilttle mess there. Thanks man
