running to hot

I have a '95 Z28 with an aftermarket hood and aftermart ground effects. Here is the problem. The car is running alittle hot and i don't know why. the aftermarket body panels sit lower to the ground not letting enough air to the radiator possibly. I know the cap is good and i am almost possitive the thermostat is cause it was jsut replaced, but i know things like that can happen. Any ideas what else i can do to get the car to run cooler, or what might be wrong. By the way, i new to the whole camaro thing so you might have to explain things well. thanks

Re: running to hot

you could get a low temp fan switch or just wire the fans to where they come on always with ignition.

Thumbs up Re: running to hot

i got a 94 camaro z28 and it has the same problem but i'm getting the hypertech power programer, and thats going to fix it. It will ask you what temp. you want the fans to turn on. Or you can get a fan switch.

Yeah, i never thought of the switch. I should give that a shot. I'm in the process of trying to get more air the radiator and i think i know how i'm gonna do it. Thanks for the help.
