For those of you living in or has lived in MN, is it legal to replace the cat with an ORY? And whats this stuff I keep hearing about inspections/emissions testing? Do you have to take this test in MN in order to drive a sports car?

 

It is illegal in any state to remove the cat. If your state/county doesnt have emissions testing than you can probably get away with it.
