The Marion-Grant county humane society, located in Indiana, is building a new facility and will not be relocating their current animals to the new shelter. Every animal that is not adopted or fostered by the end of June will be euthanized. If you are interested in adopting a pet I suggest that you check out their web site to save one of these animals http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/IN112.html. Adoptions cost $75 for dogs and $40 for cats and they will deliver the animal to you if you dont live too far away (I have heard that they have sent animals over 3 1/2 hours way.) There seem to be a lot of very nice dogs and cats at the shelter.
