Brand New. Fully Assembled, same as you see in the link below. Heads have a little work done to them like full competition valve job and some bowl blending by Midwest Engine Tech. I was originally going to have them fully ported but decided to sell the car.

This is the complete kit that comes with the rocker studs as well as push rod guides.
