I just moved to Peoria and will be here likely for another year or so.

Quad City Area here, about 45 mins from Peoria.

 

Im about an hour south of ya..Id like to see that car Be nice to meet another quick LT1, there isnt a lot of them in that town. Lots of Mustangs though, Pekin, IL also.

 

Thanks for the replies. I'll have the car in hopefully another few weeks. It's in Detroit area having some work done to it and then it'll need a tune. After that's done I'll be driving it down. Nothing like a 7 hour drive to iron the bugs out of a new setup, right?

We'll have to schedule a meet-up some time for sure. Hell, I'd meet up before I get the car back if anyone's interested. It would be nice to meet some people around here that are into F-cars and such.

 

There is a pretty good cruise inn at the Kay's store in Bloomington at 1401 N Veterans Pkwy every month they usally draw around 250-300 cars.......the next one is on July 8th they start around 4pm....... and welcome to the area if you need a hand with anything just let me know.

I won't have my Camaro back from the shop in Michigan it's at for a while yet but if anyone wants to meet up sometime for a cruise or something I'm game.
