I have a '94 3.4 and I need to change the bushings on my swaybars. The front left (ds) is attached to a metal plate (comes down vertically and then makes a right turn and is connected to one of the GM _i'm-a-bolt-nut-bolt-with a nut...).I can't figure out how to get the plate loose to remove the bushing holder.

Any thoughts
