Weight Reduction

what kinda of weight reductions can you do to an f-body?

Take out the tools and the spare for starters. Then if youre hardcore, you can start replacing body panels with fiberglass. That will however make your car vulnerable to damage. Take out the seats, and rear sway bar too if youre really into it.

Thats all I can think of.

Spare is the first thing you can take out, and you could do the backseat as well, but remember to cover the bolt holes up with some putty or whatever after that (exhaust could enter cabin).

Stereo system, the A/C is worth about 40 lbs, move battery to the trunk in you wish. The plastic body panels inside as well, but most of this stuff is for the hardcore guys.
