weather stripping and exhaust

okay, awhile back my car was totaled and it got rebuilt. but now since it started to rain, my driver's side leaks water. i noticed that there was a small space between the glass and weather stripping. can i get a thicker weather strip or do i have to replace the window with a slightly bigger one to make up for it? i dont have ttops. also there is a shop down here that wants to sell me a completely brand new stainless steel stock LS1 exhaust setup. they want 250 for everything including labor. is that a good price? thanks for any help.

is it the actually exhaust off an ls1? oem? i paid around $240 for installation of the ss exhaust, plus the cost of the exhaust, plus the installation of a high flow cat.....so i'd say, not too bad...

As far as the weather stripping, the window requires adjustment. if its real bad the door and window may need to be adjusted. The exhaust sounds like a good deal if you dont want to bolt it on yourself.
