who has the fastest v6 fbody?whats thier speed and time?

does anyone remember a black 3.8 5 speed guy in virginia (i think) who superchagred his car put in the bottom end of a gtp motor welded on his rksports headers and ran some real fast times? i used to have the web site on favorties but i can't remember where i put it or if it even exists anymore. his liscense plate has something to do with cobra eating or something like that. anyways thanks for the help

Stefan? he has a procharger w/ forged internals engine. his plate is VIRUS. car is either black or nbm, cant remember, but it is a dark color I believe.
