I'm thinkin about getin a manual v6 and I wana see if I can get a 6.2. Or an lt1 in it wat would I have to do ir wat would I have to change on it... I really wana swap it out and get the 02 front end with black z06 rims

What does it matter whether it's manual or not? You are going to swap out the same amount of stuff either way.
