You need a posi to get both wheels spinning. Im not sure on the cost. How did you get 215 hp? If i recall, there as a guy on the board at one point who got a 95 3.8 from texas new.

With out a posi rear you get those great one-legger burn outs.

I was saying 3.8 because a 3.4 has 160hp, and didnt think he was that modded. Yes I know a 3.8 has 200 hp, i just figured that he, along with almost the rest of the v6 guys, have some sort of intake/exhaust to account for his extra 15 horsepower. Again, get a Zexel-torsion LSD unit from SLP. I think they are $99.

slponline.com sells a take off LSD for $99. then if you get someone to install it it will prolly cost you another $150-$200. then both of your wheels will spin. if you get 3.73s both of your wheels are not garunteed to spin every time, but you might get lucky. but i think its a waste to have 3.73s on a non-posi car.

If it was me, I'd get gears with the limited slip. Why not get more of a performance gain? The installation would cost the same either way. They'd have to set up your stock gears on the new differential, so might as well spend the extra to get better gearing. If you decided to get gears later you'd have to fork out another $200 in labor for installation. Do it now all at the same time
