I'm rebuilding a front end wrecked 97 Camaro that has a 3.8 V-6 in it and I'm in need if all of the stock air intake ductwork " just the plastic & rubber pc's. from "and 'including" the air cleaner housing to the throttle body.

I know some of you have "or know someone that has" removed their's stock assembly and went to a performance cone style set-up.

If you have one for sale or can fix me up I'd really appreciate it .

I cracked up my 1997 Camaro last week. If its totaled, I may be buying it back for parts, rims, ect. I'll let you know if I do, then I could hook you up with any parts you need. The only problem is mine was a front end (Driver Side) Crash. At the sceen, I couldn't get the hood open, so I'm not sure what is all trashed under the hood, but though the hole in my fender, I could see my air box was crushed, so I'm not sure what I can all help ya with.
But I'll let ya know.

Whoa, bringin up an old Post

I got an email notice, so i thought I'd reply. Sorry, my car ended not being totaled, so I have no parts for ya.

 

Distephano, Thanks for the reply & glad to hear your that your car wasn't totaled "I sure could have used the parts though."

 

Well, my Duct work was smashed up until the MAF Sensor, so I don't think I would have been much help. Though the clip they used to fix my car was from a 3.4 liter, so that black part that goes over the Radiator, and the duct work is from a 3.4, I guess they are the same... but it seems like they don't fit quite as nice.

In the next few weeks I'll be putting in an SLP Cold Air Intake. I'll PM you when I get it in. Since the parts are from a 3.4 (No differance, but anyways) I'll send you the stock duct work for just the shipping cost.

Don't wait on me though, Cuz I'm not sure extatly how long it will be until I pick up the SLP intake.

You need parts for a fourth gen, Check outwww.fparts.us They have over 200 4th gens in their yard to part out. Send them an email, i'm sure they can get you what you need.
