Trying to keep my 3.4 cool

How much would a manual fan switch help? is it worth it?

Re: Trying to keep my 3.4 cool

I've got it on my car, and i definitely think it's worth it. Sitting at intersections for too long, driving up in the mountains... i use it pretty much every day.

Re: Trying to keep my 3.4 cool

if you don't have testing just run no CAT...

as for keeping it cool, I ran green stuff, water wetter, 160* stat and TB bypass and my car ran really cold to the point that if I didn't live in FL I would have changed out the t-stat. Never had a fan switch on my 3.4L.

Re: Trying to keep my 3.4 cool

I live in CA and it's almost summer now, finally getting hot after all that rain, I'll be needing to keep mine cool as well. It seems to be going up and down.
