Tires and rims

i have z06 replica rims, 56mm offset back, 54mm offset front, 17x9.5 front, 18x10.5 back, with 265/40/17 aand 295/35/18, im now hearing that i may have problems with that not fitting, THANKS GUYs HELP ME OUT PLEASE

I have a 1996 V6 and I bought a set of 1999 Z28 wheels. I am going to have a buddy of mine take a Dremel and shave about a 1/4 (or so) of an inch off the inner center of the wheel. I wonder if this will throw the balance of the wheel off.

First post. Those tires are too big they will rub. Second post. I'd worry about shaving down a rim.

Why?!?! The z28 wheels will go on just fine...
