Question Tire Question...

I used to have a 97 z28.I changed the tires but kept the old tires, not sure of the exact size but they are 16 in.My father in law has a 97 camaro also, but a V6,has anyone here ever used tires from a Z before? I'm wondering if they will fit on the rim ok.
Thanks for the help

The tire size on your Z28 should be a 245/50/16. Although some came with a 235/55/16. The first # is the width the second # is the profile. All the tires can be interchanged that came on the f-bodies. v6 z28 regardless(unless of course 17")

Matter of fact in technically a upgrade for him because your tires are wider and have a slight smaller profile. I have a v6 and went with the 245/50/16 when I had the chance. Another words they will fit!
