I recently caught wind that someone on this board has a supercharged V6 camaro/firebird with the TA/SS spoilers and bodymoldings.

Anybody know the truth to this? Sounds like a very unique ride!

I know this isn't a V6 technical post, but I figured if anyone knows the answer to this question it would be one of the V6 guys.

Stephan? he has a supercharged 3.8, I think its a firebird. And there is Shirl who ran 12s with a supercharger and a little juice.


either way in the orlando area there is a kid wtih a v6 tht runs mid 13s on juice.

also used to be a kid with a 99 v6 with 5-speed that was supercharged the car was fast as hell but ran 14 flats, because the electronic speed limiter kicked in a 100 feet before the end of the track. This was back before some options had come out to remove speed limiter.

with his stock 3.23s, it woudl hit in at 118, but he upgraded to 3.73s so it hit at the high 90 mph.

 

That is fast for a V6.. I think anything in the 14's is good...

 

There's bunch of fast guys with blowers etc. around, but I haven't heard or seen anybody having T/A body parts in his Firebird.

Some guys probably have SS spoilers etc., though. T/A parts are a bit harder to put on, I guess...
