This is for my 4.3 truck, I fugured someone here could give me a clue. The idle really isn't bad at all but at cruising speed is has a miss and jerk. I am thinking fuel filter, dist. cap. and rotor, but all this stuff isn't very old. If anyone has any other idea's please feel free post it. Thanks!
