Does anyone know what the stock 3.8 camaro coils produced for output voltage? I did a search and could not find anything. I know Accel puts out 45,000 volts or so they say and most other aftermarket put out 40,000 volts but what do the stock ones put out? Will 12 year old coils degrade in the voltage out put or do they either work or don't?

 

keep the stock coils dont buy msds or accel....stock ones work just fine...upgrade ur wires and plugs

 

Yeah I understand that. However I have a set of Accel laying around and wanted to know what the stock coils put out?

Does anyone know this? Do coils degrade in out put voltage over time?
