the fuse looks good, and as far as i can tell the DLC is getting power. Do you know anything else I can do to try to figure it out?

Post in the Computer Diagnostics & Programing section saying your're having a problem reading an SES light, and link to this thread. Maybe there's something I don't understand about the V6/OBDII - you'll get a lot more exposure there. Sorry couldn't give you a definitive answer...once you get the code read hopefully it's something simple.

I would say that you need to change the connector under the dash
