Retained Accesory Power Module
got my car back from the dealer today and i found out my retained accesory power module is now junk
they did not fix it becuase they said if they were to buy the part, it would be over 1000 dollars....
so, what they did do is bypass the 30 amp wipers fuse in the fuse block into my 30 amp windows fuse....
which did fix the problem, but now i can use my windows and radio when the car is off... the radio will always be on, unless i turn it off...
my question... would i be able to buy and install a new retained accesory power module by myself, if i can find it for a reasonable price on the net...
or would i be better of just wiring a wire for the radio into my ignition, that would hopfully fix the probem with my radio and just leaving the windows the way they are...
i'd like to get and install a new retained accesoy power module... if i can buy one for less than $100 somewhere?
