Exclamation Removing Fuel Rail

I need to replace the rocker cover gaskets on my 2.8 so it involves taking the intake of(as some of you know). My question is how do you get the fuel rail off.I have the two rear bolts taken out and i can not figure out how to get the injectors out of the fuel rail so i can remove the rail.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to leave the fuel injectors on the fuel rail. After you take out the bolts you have to pry out the fuel rail and injectors out of the intake manifold.
To take the injectors off the fuel rail off you have to find a little ring that locks the injectors on to the fuel rail then turn the ring a half turn then pop them out.
You also have to un plug the wires going to the injectors.
