Rearend noise

Hello! I've got a sound coming for my rearend !!! LOL. It sounds like a dry gear winding down. I noticed that my pumpkin was leaking so I changed the seal/fluid. Noise is still there. Suggestions?

Possible bent rim. That is what happen to mine. It was like a creaking noise everytime I would slow down or speed up, I would hear this creaking noise. Bought a new one and no more.

My rearend was making a grinding noise, my rear bearings were bad. Had 'em replaced, no more noise.

To really in point if it is a bent rim, and not other stuff, borrow a rim from somebody. I was lucky that a couple of friends have some camaros so we just switched for like 10 minutes and found out it was the rim. If not check your bearings too.

my rear end was makin a noise too, like a howling noise, and when i took off the plate to figure out the problem, i found a wad of metal bout the size of a small baseball in there. try the rim first and if not you might want to look into a new rearend. good luck on it,
