Ram Air question

I was curious as to what differences, if any the different Ram Air kits had? I read somewhere that the SLP was probably the easiest to install. Everyone tells me the ram air kits are a pain in the a$$ to install, so I am looking for the best performance one that's still easy to install. Thanks for any help you guys might give!!

Most people must be lazy. A Transmission is a PITA to install, a Ram air system is on my scale one of the easiest things to bolt-on.

You want a system that has the most direct shot of air coming into the throttle body.
For the F-4.B car, the Fast Toys, or SLP Ram Air is the best thing out there.

The only thing I can think of that might be better would be using the Ultra Z hood and the ram air kit for it.

Everyone, and most people would be about the same thing wouldn't you agree? I didn't say YOU, I said most people, relating to what you had termed as "Everyone"...

ya it's true. So is there really a difference between the SLP and say some other brand of Ram Air, performance wise?

The SLP/FTRA systems are probably the best thing. They are a true ram air/cold air induction system. All the others are usually one of the other, not both, and they use a lot of uneccesary tubing.
