Radiator is leaking

I've been noticing lately that my car has been running hot and i'm always needing to refill the coolant. Today I looked under the car after driving and noticed that coolant was dripping from the radiator. I'm not sure what do to...should I go buy an additive from pepboys and add it to the radiator or do those not work and I'm going to need a radiator? Anyone have any experience with this type of thing?

I just looked under the car again and noticed that it was linking in between the tires??? There is a large metal thing (I usually use it to jack up the front) and there is dexcool all over it. I'm not sure what to call it but its right between the tires and under all the pulleys. Is there anything there with the coolant system that could be leaking, I have no idea what is down there?

Question

Water pump leaking, maybe...? That'll usually throw the coolant all over the place.
